FREE VISUAL CHECK
Not sure what, if anything needs doing. No problem, bring your bike in and we'll perform a visual safety inspection and advise you on its condition, usually while you wait. No appointment needed.

SERVICE EXTRAS

Ozzy clean your transmission.
We'll remove chain set, derailleurs, chain and sprockets. Clean them in our de-greasing bath. Re-fit, adjust and lubricate them.

ELECTRIC SERVICE
Due to the complexity of spares, diagnostic equipment and training we only work on the following e-bike brands.
FIRMWARE UPDATES
Keeping you firmware synced is important, it ensures all your electric components are talking the same language to each other. Over time the manufactures find ways of improving their software which in turn may improve the performance of your motor, so periodic updates are recommended.
£25
(£15 if part of a mechanical service)

DIAGNOSTICS
Occasionally this can be be like stepping into the unknown. So we charge an initial fee for the electric diagnostics, hopefully this will highlight the problem. Occasionally it doesn't and we have to start switching components out from a donor bike to eliminate the error codes. There is no telling how long this may take, so we may have to make a further charge to cover the time. We will always ring you to explain before proceeding.
£35
(£25 if part of a mechanical service)
(Additional time is charged @ £50 per hour)

Di2 FIRMWARE UPDATE

You're bike or group set maybe brand new but it does not mean all the components in it were produced at the same time. Updating the firmware will ensure they all talk to each other.

£30
(£20 if part of a mechanical service)

Harry Hall's WAS a family owned & run business. We catered for most aspects of cycling; commuters, children and enthusiasts alike. Our aim was to provide good quality kit with a friendly service. We were established 1956 by my father Harry.

I have been lucky to have worked with some great people who've helped the shop immensely on its journey.

Simon, Andy, Steve to name a but a few!

Many thanks to you all over my 47 year journey
Graham
